Andrea Navedo, an American actor and author. She started her career in the soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she played a variety of supporting roles on primetime TV. Navedo was in the ABC soap drama One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She was a part of The CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared on the shows New York Undercover, and The District. In 2001, Navedo appeared in the action comedy movie Double Take and the following year she starred in the drama Washington Heights. Navedo was the character Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC drama series Law & Order from 2001 through 2004. In the following years, he appeared on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo has also been in numerous films like El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 to 2013 Navedo has also appeared in recurring roles for How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part.
